Apparently, the father of eight has announced plans to sue for primary custody. His lawyer told the mag that Kate's new 'dancing' gig is taking too much time away for their eight kids.
"He wants equal custody, equal time, but if the circumstances remain as they are , with Kate being rarely home, Jon wants primary custody of the children," says Anothony List Sir.
Kate's attorney Mark Momjian fired back saying, he has yet to see a formal filing and that "our client is a devouted mother who lover her children very much."
Kate refuses to comment publicly although made this comment: "I am and always will be a mother first, a single working mom, I will do evertything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others."
